reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy.
Please review the following guidelines and procedures for returning vape-related
items:


1. Eligibility:

•Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase.
•The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
•For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened
e-liquids or used vape coils.


2. Return Process:

•To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at

1343. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and
the reason for the return.


•Our customer support team will guide you through the return
process and provide you with a return authorization if applicable.


•Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including any
accessories or manuals.


•Ship the item back to the specified return address using a trackable
shipping method. Please retain the tracking details for reference.


3. Refund or Exchange:

•Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it
meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.


•If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original
payment method or provide an exchange for an alternative product
of equal value, as per your preference.


•Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account,
depending on your financial institution.


4. Non-Returnable Items:

•For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened
e-liquids or used vape coils.


•Accessories such as drip tips, batteries, and chargers are only
eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original
packaging.

5. Shipping Costs:

•The original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is
due to an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong item or a
defective product.


•For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of
sending the item back to us, and we will cover the shipping costs of
sending the replacement item to you.

Please note that due to the nature of vape products, we cannot accept returns or
exchanges on items that have been tampered with, mishandled, or used other
than as intended.
